          Weighing module is not accurate. What happened? What are the reasons?

          1. Weighing module is affected by environmental factors. Electronic scales have been used in high temperature or humid environment, resulting in a decrease in insulation resistance between the strain bridge and the elastomer.

          2. Elastomer fatigue is excessive, so that the elastomer loses the due range of stress change;

          3. The supply bridge voltage is too high, resulting in overheating of the resistance strain gauge, damaging the adhesive of the strain gauge, or changing the resistance value of the strain gauge, resulting in inaccurate reading;

          4. The elastomer has been hit, causing stress in the elastic body; Or elastomer local fracture, resulting in weighing load acting on the elastomer, elastomer strain is not linear;

          5. A bridge arm of the weighing sensor bridge has a virtual connection, open welding phenomenon, or a solder joint has a "ground" phenomenon;

          6. Check whether the power supply voltage is stable, if the stability of the power supply voltage is not good, it is also easy to jump;

          7. The resistance strain gauge is unglued;

          8. The insulation resistance value between the weighing sensing bridge and the elastomer decreases;

          9. The thermoelectric potential generated by the strain gauge is too large.
